Yep. The PR department responded to the hated for this movie by making people hate it more. Admittedly, part of the hatred for this movie comes from Tweeting sexists, but the majority of us hate this movie because it looks awful. This was supposed to be the second tentpole “women can be funny” blockbuster after Bridesmaids. Instead, this movie is giving 40 year old men on Twitter ammunition. It’s frustrating. I really hope that this blockbuster can surprise us and prove that that all the Tweeting sexists were wrong but right now, we’re begging Amy Schumer to come out with a summer block bsuster soon.
